Growth Hub

Helping vendors win more business

ResQ has always connected vendors with new business. The Growth Hub expanded on that value by giving vendors a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help them attract new customers, secure more jobs, and grow their business.

I worked across the entire Growth Hub experience, designing four tools: Website Builder, Nora AI Receptionist, Advertising, and Email Insights. Each tool addressed a different part of the vendor growth journey, from establishing an online presence and attracting new customers to capturing and converting opportunities.

For this case study, I’ll focus on the Website Builder—the first tool we developed and one of the more extensive experiences within the Growth Hub.

From a few inputs to a complete website

The Website Builder was designed to make creating a professional online presence as simple as answering three questions. Vendors provide essential information about their business, and AI transforms those inputs into a complete website, generating relevant copy, imagery, and content tailored to their services.

But the website itself was only part of the experience. The Builder also became a gateway for bringing new vendors onto ResQ. Vendors could be directed to the experience through advertising, create their website, and then seamlessly sign up for ResQ—turning a useful growth tool into a new acquisition channel.

A complete website, ready to win business

The output was a polished, professional website built around the vendor’s business—without requiring them to design or write anything themselves.

Each site included the essentials needed to establish credibility and convert visitors into customers:

  • Hero Section — a clear introduction to the business and its services.

  • Trusted by — vendors could showcase customer logos or hide the section if they didn't have any to feature.

  • Our Services — automatically generated from the information provided during setup.

  • Testimonials — pulled directly from the vendor’s Google reviews to build credibility.

  • Request a Quote / Request Service — connected directly to the vendor’s ResQ account, allowing new requests to flow into ResQ automatically.

This meant the website wasn't just a digital presence—it became another way for vendors to generate and capture new business through ResQ.

Built to be customized

Once the website was generated, vendors could make it their own without needing design or technical skills. The edit mode gave them control over the content and visual details that mattered most:

  • Copy — edit and refine the content across the site.

  • Images — upload their own photography or generate new images with AI.

  • Logo — upload an existing logo or create one with AI.

  • Brand colour — apply their brand colour across the website.

  • Font & Template — available as premium options for vendors who wanted more control over the overall look and feel.

The goal was to make customization feel simple and approachable, while keeping the core experience guided and easy to use.

From setup to live

Once vendors were happy with their website, they could save their changes and continue to the final step: connecting their domain. They were redirected to the ResQ product website, where they could connect their existing domain and get their new site ready to go live.

Once connected, the website became an ongoing part of their ResQ account. Vendors could return at any time to view, edit, and update their website as their business evolved—without needing to start from scratch.
